The sales people where great, no issues at all they where very professional, honest and listen to what I wanted in order to complete the sale. The disappointment came when it was time to clean and wash the vehicle, engine area was filthy and dirty, it should never be left up to the customer to have to clean the engine on a brand new vehicle, so I am a little disappointed that I will have to do it myself or pay to have the engine clean.

The motor seized in the car I purchased. I then paid for a new replacement motor which almost immediately broke down. After spending thousands I can’t seem to get any real communication or assistance and a car that I’ve owned for about 5 months has run for less than 6 weeks. I’m still waiting for help to resolve the issue with the new motor.

Never was told they only did pacific diagnostic nor was I asked exactly what I wanted to be focus on. Never received updates unless I called. Had my car Monday morning but didn’t get it back until Tuesday evening and only got a diagnosis when I informed them that I wasn’t going to pay and I would take my car somewhere else. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Always friendly service from the minute I walked in the dealership. Purchased my truck and was told it came with 2 years of oil changes. Come to find out it was only 3 total. that kind of was disappointing, considering I drive a lot. But besides that miscommunication my experience has been 10/10. Oil change was quick, sadly they couldn’t find my rim key to rotate my tires, but Leanna at the desk called and told me immediately.

Easy online service scheduling, got to dealership before 7 for my 7:30 appointment and the service tech was already there and helped me right away. Had a ten o'clock appointment. Didn't get my car till about 2. Then my car and my phone were showing it was still at 16% so then I wondered did they really change it ? So we called them and they told us to reset it. And told us how to do that over the phone. Something they should have done. Asked them to look at the heater. Just to see why it's not cutting off. They said no way they had time for that today. I said all want is for someone to look at it and make sure I’m not imagining things or if it’s normal or what. She said sometimes they do that so that it dries it out and you don’t get mold or mildew. So I was like ok. And was thinking was that so hard to tell me that. But I still think there is something wrong with it. It takes way too long to cut off. I have to turn it to the blue area to get the heat to quit blowing and getting too hot in the car. They had to do some wiring on it awhile back and I was just wondering if maybe some wiring got crossed or something. The lady in the office apologized for the long wait.

Was asked to do a review so here it is. First of all the service employees are great to work with and accommodated me with a vehicle for almost 2 weeks while my truck was being worked on. “But” after picking my truck up Wednesday I went straight to work and parked it, when I got out I noticed a couple of dents in the passenger fender that I’m pretty positive were not there before going in the shop (I assume without absolute proof it’s a mute point to argue with them about it). Then on my 45 min drive home the truck started over heating, I made it home and noticed that there was radiator fluid all over the engine bay and after a few quick checks I discovered that the cap on the reservoir was not screwed on. Simple but possible costly mistake. Tried calling to talk with the service manager several times only to get voicemail, so I left a message asking if they could call me back. As of now I have yet to hear back or speak with anyone.

Did not fix the issue. If the heater blower being on off and still running all the time when the vehicle is moving is “working the way it was designed then it’s a poorly designed system. When I picked the vehicle up all I could get out of her was it’s working when turned on . We got it turned on. That was it. No explanation of what they did or didn’t do or anything. It didn’t need turned on, It stays on!!!! It needs to cut off when driving down the road. Maybe I assumed too much. I guess I thought you all would actually drive it down the road a little ways and actually check it out. Not just turn it on and turn it off.

Waited three weeks without being able to drive my car. Kept being told I'd be called with updates but was never informed. Finally, they decided they could get different parts, and overcharged me from my quote at pickup but took off some fees to make it seem better. Will not be back. I used to love using this place but its gone downhill fast and I cant trust my money, car, or time here anymore.

Positives. The online scheduling app is very easy to use. The service department got me in quickly. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Negatives. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. However, they couldn’t find my tire lock key and didn’t do the rotation. The lock key was in my glove box. I also feel the cost was quite high for an oil change.
