Good Job

We began shopping for a 2025 2500 HD Pickup. Mostly looking at Chevrolets because that is all We have ever owned for our needs. We travel to Colorado each year pulling a 16,000K 5th wheel RV & stay for 4 months. We looked at several Chevy 2500 PUs and was not pleased by the looks, performance or price. We, by chance, began to look & price the GMC Sierra Duramax 6.6L Turbo-Diesel Denali. Impressed is what we were! I started searching for one in the White Frost Tri Color Exterior with Atmosphere Brownstone interior. We had several salespeople txt and email us with offers but Kendall had the best price & would deliver to Atoka. Several days, phone calls, & pricing later and we are OWNERS of a 2025 Denali. Kendall went above and beyond to make us a very satisfied customer. Kendall had Mr Braylen & another Employee to deliver, 2:45 hrs drive, our Beautiful Massive everything we wanted at a price we were very happy with Sierra 2500 4WD Crew Cab Denali! Braylen went over every feature of our truck. He instructed how to do it all and had us to try each feature out for ourselves. He walked all around and showed Dennis all of the Perks of owning a GMC! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and so very patient with this 71 & 74 year old not very techie people!! Thank you Kendall & Braylen for an Amazing purchase. We are SO Proud that Kendall sent us an email and worked with us on every detail for our truck.

Going in to checking my vehicle in for service was fine, but as for when my vehicle would be done and knowing when to pick up that's a different story. To make a long story short the service adviser and I had been texting about the services needed on my vehicle. I agreed and had asked him when will my vehicle would be ready with no response. Come to find out he had gone home due to him feeling sick. I didn't get a heads up via text of phone call. I show up to the service center and no one is at the desk, so I walk around to parts to see if that individual can get someone. No luck, finally I guess they had to call the service advisers from the Honda dealership to come over and close my ticket out and return my vehicle to me.

The service department is a pleasure to talk with and they have taken care of my need so far. I will be using this dealership for all are GM needs.

My sales person Braylen Taylor wasn’t pushy, and worked hard to get me the deal I was comfortable with.

The motor seized in the car I purchased. I then paid for a new replacement motor which almost immediately broke down. After spending thousands I can’t seem to get any real communication or assistance and a car that I’ve owned for about 5 months has run for less than 6 weeks. I’m still waiting for help to resolve the issue with the new motor.

Asked if oil job was about finished and did not get answer

The sales people where great, no issues at all they where very professional, honest and listen to what I wanted in order to complete the sale. The disappointment came when it was time to clean and wash the vehicle, engine area was filthy and dirty, it should never be left up to the customer to have to clean the engine on a brand new vehicle, so I am a little disappointed that I will have to do it myself or pay to have the engine clean.

Our saleswoman, Jessica Hill, did an excellent job from beginning to end. The process went smoothly, highly recommended if your shopping at SouthWest GMC!

Easy and seamless

Never was told they only did pacific diagnostic nor was I asked exactly what I wanted to be focus on. Never received updates unless I called. Had my car Monday morning but didn’t get it back until Tuesday evening and only got a diagnosis when I informed them that I wasn’t going to pay and I would take my car somewhere else. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Signed up that I was interested in a Sierra 1500. Got a call from Doug later that day, along with other emails. Was told one is coming in a few weeks, we’ll give ya a call. He kept a rapport. Then, truck comes in, he calls, sends pictures instantly. I inquire how I can hold it until we make it to Oklahoma (moving). He did, got all the paperwork done, fair price. Great team, to include Jermaine who worked the finances. 10/10 experience. Thanks all.

I had an oil change, and tire rotation scheduled and the service tech noticed I had a recall for an update on the Super Cruise and ask if I wanted them to complete the recall and the computer update took longer than expected which was no one’s fault

Ms Lee who signed me in and took care of the paperwork was very kind. When there was a delay in the work, she immediately notified me on the situation. There was a upgrade available, Lee asked if I wanted it installed on my truck while I waited for repair work to be complete. Lee was very professional on how she took care of my vehicle. As for the work performed, it is great !! I'm pleased with the workmanship and hospitality offered at SW GMC.

My car was not serviced, there was no attempt at communication about why and then I was lied to.

I bought the truck on a late Friday evening and the salesman said I could bring it in for a free wash anytime since I didn’t get it when I got it. I told the service department this and they said they will see what they could do but when my truck was finished they did not wash it or even mention anything about it

22 gmc Sierra front windshield needed replaced. Several calls to dealership with a long waiting period on arrival of glass. Finally found out item keeps going on back order. Parts department reaches out to regional manger and located glass. Finally arrived after 5 weeks with just one visit to parts department. Thank you so much to everyone that resolved this issue.

Easy online service scheduling, got to dealership before 7 for my 7:30 appointment and the service tech was already there and helped me right away. Got the call that my vehilce was ready for pick-up less than 2 hours later. I had a coupon that was emailed to me back in August and was able to get services I requested at half price of what the price showed when booking online.

Had a great time. No hassle, no hard push for anything else. This team took care of me and my family’s needs, they not once made us feel like we were a burden at all. Highly appreciated that and will be a repeat customer, also will be giving my friends this place to come to.

Service manager was left multiple messages and never returned my calls. Service dept had vehicle for 10 (ten!) Days and only performed maintenance one one of these days. They did not repair the issue!

Always friendly service from the minute I walked in the dealership. Purchased my truck and was told it came with 2 years of oil changes. Come to find out it was only 3 total. that kind of was disappointing, considering I drive a lot. But besides that miscommunication my experience has been 10/10. Oil change was quick, sadly they couldn’t find my rim key to rotate my tires, but Leanna at the desk called and told me immediately.

Had a ten o'clock appointment. Didn't get my car till about 2. Then my car and my phone were showing it was still at 16% so then I wondered did they really change it ? So we called them and they told us to reset it. And told us how to do that over the phone. Something they should have done. Asked them to look at the heater. Just to see why it's not cutting off. They said no way they had time for that today. I said all want is for someone to look at it and make sure I’m not imagining things or if it’s normal or what. She said sometimes they do that so that it dries it out and you don’t get mold or mildew. So I was like ok. And was thinking was that so hard to tell me that. But I still think there is something wrong with it. It takes way too long to cut off. I have to turn it to the blue area to get the heat to quit blowing and getting too hot in the car. They had to do some wiring on it awhile back and I was just wondering if maybe some wiring got crossed or something. The lady in the office apologized for the long wait.

Had my yukon 23 days

Service desk staff is always pleasant and professional. However, 2 things always irritate me when I have my truck serviced there. 1. Why do they schedule an appointment at a specific day and time when they may or may not get to my vehicle that day? 2 Why am I getting charged a credit card fee when I am using my GMC credit card?

All of the staff at the GMC Dealership treated me like family and showed me royalty. I was able to select from several vehicles until I was satisfied. Mr. Roberts, the Salesman was very courteous and patient. The staff at this dealership are all about making the customer their number one priority. This is the best dealership in town. I am spreading the good word about GMC Dealership to friends and other people in the community.

I had been corresponding for about a month about wanting to trade in my 2021 Terrain for a Buick Envista. I had discussed what my plans were and they were able to meet those plans. I actually did not plan on leaving that day with a new vehicle but we were able to get everything done with my requests and I drove home with my new 2025 Envista that day. Thanks to my salesman Mike and the sales manager Pat for helping me with purchasing my "retirement" new vehicle.

The entire process was fast and convenient. I pleasant surprised at how smooth the process was. The whole staff from the sales personnel, the sales manager and finance personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider this dealership first when I car shop again.
